Family and friends are welcome at same very reasonable rate. Bring your sweetie - it's just before Valentine's Day. Enjoy the company of fellow UPians! Hear updates of our exciting activities. Etc, etc. And do your shopping of Pinoy groceries and other food items afterwards.
